  1. This post makes me think of our school based “continuous improvement plan”. At first, the title makes it seem unrealistic – how can our students continually improve? It’s like saying that we want everyone to be above average! What we miss though, is that our personal goal should always be to strive and improve. If you are not working to improve, then you are stagnating – and that’s not good for anyone especially our students!
